近些年来,采用射频微波、高强度聚焦超声玻、激光、粒子置入等物理学方法的热疗新技术,在治疗领域不断出现。这些物理能量可以定向损毁病灶组织,同时避免手术、放疗和化疗给人体带来的伤残及毒副作用,因此被誉为“绿色”疗法,是肿瘤非手术治疗的历史性突破。热疗技术是20世纪90年代迅速兴起的一种无创或微创治疗的新技术,射频透热综合治疗膀胱癌和微波透热综合治疗食道癌取得初步成果。随着热疗器械产品的发展,该项技术在国内获得推广应用,并在肿瘤的辅助和综合治疗方面获得了明显成效。近年,一批新型超声波、射频、微波、激光等热疗设备的问世及临床应用,将我国的肿瘤热疗推向一个新的发展阶段。

In recent years, the emergence and application of a number of new types of hyperthermia devices such as ultrasound, radiofrequency, microwave, and laser, have pushed our country’s tumor hyperthermia to a new stage of development.
