目的对2009-2013年成都市蚊密度监测资料和同期降雨量和平均气温进行聚类分析,以期发现气温、降水量的地域分布差异对蚊密度监测值的影响。方法使用Q聚类,对各监测区域的蚊密度和5个气候因素及其3个导出量做初步分类,然后对蚊密度峰值前后的降雨量和平均气温等做因子分析。结果各监测点蚊密度和气温、降水可分为3类,其中旬平均最高温度和温雨系数对分类起决定作用。结论气温分布差异是造成蚊密度峰值地域间差异的主要原因。
OBJECTIVE To cluster the mosquito density monitoring data and the same period rainfall and average temperature in Chengdu from 2009 to 2013 in order to find out the influence of the geographical distribution of temperature and precipitation on mosquito density monitoring value. Methods Q clustering was used to classify mosquito density, five climatic factors and three derived quantities in each monitoring area. Then, a factor analysis was made on the rainfall and the average temperature before and after the mosquito density peak. Results The density, air temperature and precipitation of mosquitoes in each monitoring spot can be divided into three categories, of which the mean midday maximum temperature and the temperature and rainfall coefficient play a decisive role in the classification. Conclusion Differences in temperature distribution are the main reasons for the differences in peak density of mosquito density.
