一、前言近年来,国内许多单位购进日本岛津公司的原子吸收光谱仪器,随机带来的日本产石墨管都已用尽或即将用尽。如若继续购买日本产石墨管,一则所需外汇来之不易,二来价格较贵,这就给购买带来了实际困难。若用国产管来代替日本管,不但购买方便,价格便宜,而且对国内制作石墨管的工业和工艺定会起到扶持和促进的作用。因此、石墨管国产化是一项很有实际意义的工作。在本工作中,使用核工业部北京五所制作的石墨管,做了与岛津仪器相匹配的工作,并与日本产石墨管比较了灵敏度、精密度,管子空白值、耐酸性能等指标。
I. Introduction In recent years, many domestic units purchased Japan’s Shimadzu atomic absorption spectrometer, Japan’s random graphite tube have been depleted or about to run out. If we continue to buy Japanese-made graphite tube, a foreign exchange required hard-won, and second, the more expensive, which gives the purchase has brought practical difficulties. If the domestic tube to replace the Japanese tube, not only easy to buy, cheap, but also for domestic production of graphite tube industry and technology will play a supporting and promoting role. Therefore, the localization of graphite tube is a very meaningful work. In this work, using the graphite tube made by Beijing Five of the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, we made the work matched with Shimadzu instruments and compared the sensitivity, precision, tube blank value, acid resistance and other indicators with Japan-made graphite tube.
