通过对掺加了低温改性剂的SBR改性沥青进行乳化,制备了改性乳化沥青。采用抗折试验、摆锤式冲击试验和动态抗开裂性试验研究了改性乳化沥青对微表处稀浆混合料力学性能、低温抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:随着低温改性剂掺量的增大,SBR改性沥青的低温延度大幅度提高,低温柔韧性得到很好的改善,以改性乳化沥青制备的微表处稀浆混合料的抗折强度和冲击强度显著增大,裂缝最大宽度和裂缝数量明显减小,混合料的力学性能和低温抗裂性能得到很好的改善。
Modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by emulsifying SBR modified asphalt mixed with low temperature modifier. The effects of modified emulsified asphalt on the mechanical properties and low temperature anti-cracking performance of the slurry mixture at the micro-surfacing site were studied by flexural test, pendulum impact test and dynamic cracking resistance test. The results show that with the increase of the content of low temperature modifier, the low temperature ductility of SBR modified bitumen increases greatly and the low temperature flexibility is well improved. The micro-surfacial slurry prepared by modified emulsified bitumen Flexural strength and impact strength increased significantly, the maximum width of cracks and the number of cracks was significantly reduced, the mechanical properties of the mixture and low temperature cracking resistance is improved.
