测定47例慢性前列腺炎、15例前列腺痛病人和11例对照者中段尿(VB_2,称标本1)、前列腺按摩后前列腺液(EPS)和尿液(VB_3,与EPS合称标本2)内毒素浓度,同时作细菌培养。结果表明,革兰阴性(G~-)菌或G~-菌合并革兰阳性(G~+)菌性前列腺炎患者标本2的内毒素浓度较标本1升高非常显著高于对照组和前列腺痛组(P<0.001),显著高于G~+菌性慢性前列腺炎或细菌数低于诊断标准的慢性前列腺炎患者(P<0.05);G~+菌性慢性前列腺炎患者或细菌数低于诊断标准的慢性前列腺炎患者的标本2与标本1内毒素之差也显著高于对照组和前列腺痛组(P<0.05),说明EPS的内毒素测定对慢性前列腺炎的诊断和治疗意义较大。
