首次将复合电镀技术应用于圆型电路管壳,采用由暗镍—Ni-Al_2O_3—酸性脉冲金组成的新镀层体系代替传统的镀层。采用上述新的镀层体系后,可以在不增加表面镀金层厚度的情况下,大幅度降低管壳外引线的断裂倾向。通过批量生产性的中间试验,摸索出符合实际生产的工艺条件。中间试验结果表明,采用新镀层体系后,镀层质量得到了显著的改善,提高了产品的抗断腿性能,满足“七专”外壳生产的各项技术条件。同时首次建立了鉴别管壳外引线耐蚀性的试验方法。
For the first time, the composite electroplating technology is applied to a circular circuit case, and a new coating system composed of dark nickel-Ni-Al_2O_3-acid pulsed gold is used instead of the traditional coating. With the new coating system, the tendency of the outer lead of the package to break can be drastically reduced without increasing the thickness of the surface gold plating. Through mass production of the intermediate test, worked out in line with the actual production process conditions. The results of the intermediate test show that after the new coating system is applied, the quality of the coating has been significantly improved, the anti-broken leg performance of the product has been improved, and various technical conditions for the production of the “Seven Specialties” housing have been met. At the same time for the first time established to test the outer tube lead corrosion resistance test method.
