用给瘤内注射卡介苗的小鼠注射硅胶悬液使巨噬细胞中毒、死亡的方法进行的实验表明,阻断巨噬细胞的机能在一定程度上减弱瘤内注射卡介苗小鼠对同种和不同种肿瘤的抵抗力;可是,这种减弱是不显著的,特别是对不同种肿瘤的抵抗力的减弱更不显著。这一结果似乎说明,巨噬细胞可能通过参与抗原信息的传递,特别是肿瘤抗原信息的传递,在卡介苗瘤内注射引起的免疫反应感受阶段,特别是特异性免疫反应的感受阶段发挥一定的作用。然而,巨噬细胞的作用是有限的,即除了通过巨噬细胞以外,必然还通过其它更主要的途径来传递免疫信息。
Experiments conducted by injecting BCG-injected mice with a suspension of silica gel to intoxicate and die macrophages showed that blocking the function of macrophages to some extent diminishes the intratumoral injection of BCG mice to the same species and to different species. The resistance of the tumors; however, this decrease is not significant, especially the weakening of the resistance to different kinds of tumors is less pronounced. This result seems to indicate that macrophages may play a role in the stage of immune response induced by intratumoral injection of BCG, especially in the sense phase of specific immune response, by participating in the transmission of antigen information, especially the transmission of tumor antigen information. . However, the role of macrophages is limited, that is, in addition to macrophages, other important routes must also be used to transfer immune information.
