目的分析垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)和p27Kipl基因在原发性肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测48例HCC及癌旁肝癌组织中PTTG蛋白、p27Kipl蛋白的表达情况。结果 HCC、癌旁和正常肝组织的PTTG蛋白阳性表达率分别是70.8%(34/48)、91.7%(44/48),二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且PTTG蛋白在癌旁中的表达明显高于在HCC中的表达(P<0.05);HCC、癌旁组织的p27kip1蛋白阳性表达率分别是20.8%(10/48)83.3%(40/48),二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。34例PTTG表达阳性组织中有10例见p27kip1表达阳性,而14例PTTG表达阴性组织中有9例见p27kip1阳性表达,二者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTTG和p27Kipl异常表达与HCC的发展密切相关,在HCC的发展过程中起重要的作用。
Objective To analyze the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) and p27Kipl gene in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of PTTG and p27Kipl in 48 cases of HCC and adjacent normal liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive rates of PTTG protein expression in HCC tissues, adjacent normal tissues and normal liver tissues were 70.8% (34/48) and 91.7% (44/48), respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) The positive rates of p27kip1 protein in HCC tissues and paracancerous tissues were 20.8% (10/48) and 83.3% (40/48), respectively. The positive expression rate of PTTG protein in adjacent tissues was significantly higher than that in HCC tissues (P <0.05) The difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of p27kip1 was found in 10 out of 34 PTTG positive tissues and 9 out of 14 PTTG negative tissues. The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expressions of PTTG and p27Kipl are closely related to the development of HCC and play an important role in the development of HCC.
