目的探讨应用报告敏感性和控制效率指标评价传染病暴发疫情防控效果的方法,为完善传染病事件预防控制效果评价提供参考依据。方法根据传染病潜伏期理论,建立报告敏感指数(RSI)和控制效率指数(CVI)2个评价指标,分别对安阳市2004~2014年传染病事件报告的敏感程度和事件控制的效率程度进行量化评价,并分析两指标之间的联系。结果安阳市2004~2014年共报告23起传染病事件,传染病事件RSI值为0.13~4.50,CVI值为0.26~5.33。RSI值0~事件11起,RSI值1~事件12起,两组CVI值0~和1~事件构成不同(P<0.05)。RSI与CVI间呈线性相关关系(P<0.05)。结论传染病事件报告敏感性高低对事件控制效率有直接影响作用,运用报告敏感指数和控制效率指数2个指标可以实现对传染病事件报告敏感性和控制效率的量化评价,用以传染病事件预防控制效果评价的方法合理可行。
Objective To explore ways to evaluate the effect of prevention and control of outbreaks of infectious diseases by using sensitivity and control efficiency indicators of reporting and to provide reference for improving the evaluation of prevention and control of infectious disease events. Methods According to the incubation period theory of infectious diseases, two indicators (RSI and CVI) were set up to evaluate the sensitivity of incident reporting and the efficiency of event control in Anyang from 2004 to 2014 respectively , And analyze the link between the two indicators. Results A total of 23 infectious diseases were reported in Anyang from 2004 to 2014. The RSI of infectious diseases was 0.13 ~ 4.50 and the CVI was 0.26 ~ 5.33. RSI value 0 ~ event 11, RSI value 1 ~ event 12, the two groups of CVI values 0 ~ and 1 ~ events constitute different (P <0.05). There was a linear correlation between RSI and CVI (P <0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity of infectious disease reporting has a direct impact on the efficiency of incident control. Using the two indicators of reporting sensitivity index and control efficiency index, the quantitative evaluation of the sensitivity and control efficiency of reporting of infectious disease events can be implemented for the prevention of infectious disease events The method of control effect evaluation is reasonable and feasible.
