本文以创建精品课为例,对老年教育的教学内容、教学方式和教学管理的改革,作了较深入的探索与思考。老年人需求的多样性,决定了教学内容的多样化,教学内容的多样化和层次化,反映出老年大学教学的客观规律。研究式、互动式,多样的教学活动,让老年人在接受知识的同时享受快乐,即是我们教学改革的目的。教学管理的改革体现在对授课过程的管理、授课环境的管理及授课成效的管理过程中,科学化、人本化是教学管理改革的核心。
Taking the creation of excellent courses as an example, this paper makes a deep exploration and reflection on the teaching contents, teaching methods and reform of teaching management in old age education. The diverse needs of the elderly determine the diversification of teaching contents and the diversification and hierarchy of teaching contents, reflecting the objective law of teaching at senior colleges. Research-based, interactive and diverse teaching activities allow seniors to enjoy their knowledge while they are enjoying the same purpose of teaching reform. The reform of teaching management is reflected in the teaching process management, teaching environment management and teaching effectiveness of the management process, scientific and humane is the core of teaching management reform.
