目的观察不同稀释方法对α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)测定的影响。方法收集高AFU血清标本分别用生理盐水和混合血清稀释2~5倍后再进行测定。结果生理盐水稀释后测定结果低于原倍测定,与原倍值有统计学差异(P<0.01),且差异随着稀释倍数的增加而增加,而混合血清稀释后的结果与原倍值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论为保证检验结果的准确,在单试剂MG-CNPF法测定AFU时建议使用混合血清稀释。
Objective To observe the effects of different dilution methods on the determination of α-L-fucosidase (AFU). Methods High AFU serum samples were diluted 2 to 5 times with normal saline and mixed serum, respectively. Results The results of dilution of normal saline were lower than that of the original test, and there was a significant difference (P <0.01) with the original test, and the difference increased with the increase of the diluted test. However, Statistical difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion To ensure the accuracy of the test results, mixed serum dilution is recommended when AFU is determined by the single-reagent MG-CNPF assay.
