爱玩是孩子的天性,幼儿处于身心发育初期,他们活泼好动,善于通过游戏活动来认知和学习。鉴于此,我园在“十一五”课题研究中尝试以游戏为平台,凭借本地的人文底蕴和文化资源,开发促进幼儿多元智能发展的实践研究。通过游戏导入激发学生的学习兴趣,通过研究设计制作方案,完善我园的园本课程,总结提炼一系列行动策略,促进幼儿的多元发展和教师的专业成长,较深层次地提高了幼儿园的办园水平。
