Pleural mesothelioma is often misdiagnosed in the clinic. For B ultrasound, there is no specific sonographic appearance. All 10 cases of pleural mesothelioma diagnosed in our hospital passed X-ray, CT, thoracotomy, or thoracoscope. Surgical treatment, results compared with preoperative B-ultrasound images, B-ultrasonography is helpful in the diagnosis of pleural mesothelioma, with prospective significance. 1 Materials and Methods Our Institute since 1995 - 2000
