湖北省武昌实验小学教师李再萍:在教学过程中.她爱岗敬业,勤勤恳恳,不断探索教学知识的新领域。去年.她的《整理书包》一课被誉为教学战线的先进典范,并多次在全市教学研讨会上作示范演讲,其撰写的教案论文也曾多次获奖。她具有较强的教科研能力,善于创造性地使用教材,创造出适合学生年龄心理特点的问题情境,有效地提高了学生学习的兴趣和自觉性。
Li Zhiping, Wuchang Experimental Primary School Teacher in Hubei Province: In the process of teaching, she loves to work hard, diligently and constantly explore new fields of teaching knowledge.
