[目的]为了了解福建省托幼园所卫生保健工作情况，加强保健工作规范化管理，并为改进保健举措提供科学根据。[方法]制定福建省托幼园所卫生保健年报表，并应用该表对托幼机构卫生保健进行首次分析。[结果]福建省托幼机构幼儿健康检查、体弱儿管理较普遍开展，较重视传染病的控制和膳食卫生工作，但在硬件设施和保健人员配备方面普遍不够；儿童的口腔、眼，特别是听力保健工作尚未普遍开展。[结论]福建省各托幼机构卫生保健已初具规模，尚需加强保健人员配备和培训以及幼儿五官保健、疾病管理和矫治。 [Objective] In order to understand the health care work of nursery school in Fujian Province, strengthen the standardized management of health work and provide a scientific basis for improving health care measures. [Method] The annual report of health care in kindergartens and nurseries in Fujian Province was formulated and used for the first time analysis of the health care in kindergartens and nurseries. [Results] The nursery health check-ups and frailty children’s management in kindergartens and nurseries in Fujian Province were carried out more commonly. More emphasis was placed on the control of infectious diseases and on dietary hygiene. However, the facilities and personnel for health care were generally inadequate.
