用T.A.S图象分析仪定量分析了不同加工比对Cr_(12)Mo_1V_1模具钢中碳化物平均面积、碳化物面积百分含量的插雄偏差及单位面积上大颗粒碳化物数的影响。认为在加工比小于16时,碳化物颗粒平均面积随加工比增大而急剧减小,但分布不均匀;加工比大于16时,碳化物颗粒细小,分布均匀,平均面积大体在20μm~2左右。通过加Ti和不加Ti炉号的对比,认为Cr_(12)Mo_1V_1钢用适量Ti微合金化,对碳化物的均匀分布有良好的影响。
Using T.A.S image analyzer quantitative analysis of the different processing ratio on Cr 12 Mo_1V_1 die steel average area of carbide, the percentage of carbide area insert male and female deviation and unit area of large particles of carbide on the number. It is considered that when the processing ratio is less than 16, the average area of carbide particles decreases sharply with the increase of the processing ratio, but the distribution is not uniform. When the processing ratio is larger than 16, the carbide particles are small and evenly distributed with an average area of about 20 μm ~ 2 . By comparing Ti with and without Ti, it is considered that the Cr 12 Mo_1V_1 steel is microalloyed with appropriate amount of Ti, which has a good effect on the uniform distribution of carbides.
