提出了在沥青中加入烟气抑制剂降低沥青路面施工产生沥青烟气的方法.通过大量筛选试验,从7种备选沥青烟气抑制剂中筛选出了既能显著降低沥青烟气,又不影响沥青路面性能的纳米碳酸钙和SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)作为沥青烟气抑制剂,并得出了复配纳米碳酸钙和SBS的最佳配比,可降低烟气30%左右.在重庆外环高速公路玉峰山隧道沥青路面摊铺施工中应用了这种烟气抑制剂,对施工现场的大气进行了采样分析,结果表明:复配纳米碳酸钙和SBS沥青烟气抑制剂对降低沥青路面施工烟气的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)浓度和芳香烃组分浓度有显著效果.
Put forward a method of adding flue gas inhibitor into bitumen to reduce bituminous flue gas produced by asphalt pavement construction.Through a large number of screening tests, seven candidate bitumen flue gas inhibitors were screened out to significantly reduce the bitumen flue gas, Nano calcium carbonate and SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) which affect the performance of asphalt pavement as asphalt fume suppressant, and obtained the best ratio of compound nano-CaCO3 and SBS, can reduce the smoke 30 % .This flue gas depressant was applied to the paving construction of asphalt pavement in Yufengshan Tunnel of Outer Ring Expressway in Chongqing, and the atmosphere of the construction site was sampled and analyzed. The results showed that the composite nanometer calcium carbonate and SBS asphalt fume Inhibitors have a significant effect on reducing the concentration of total suspended particulates (TSP) and aromatic hydrocarbon components in the construction flue gas of asphalt pavement.
