在经历国际金融危机之后,中国石油企业怎样才能在激烈的市场竞争中,战胜强大的竞争对手,使自己发展壮大?出路只有一条:管理创新。一个企业真正实现有效的管理创新绝非易事。石油企业与一般工业企业相比,其管理创新存在更多的复杂因素,任务更为艰巨。时下管理创新特别时髦,管理创新有泛化的倾向,往往就管理谈管理,就管理创新谈管理创新,内容缺少针对性。因此,当前石油企业的“管理创新”本身亟待创新。
After experiencing the international financial crisis, how can Chinese oil companies overcome their mighty competitors in the fierce market competition and develop themselves? There is only one way out for management innovation. A business really effective management of innovation is not easy. Compared with the general industrial enterprises, petroleum enterprises have more complicated factors in their management innovation and their tasks are more arduous. Management innovation nowadays is particularly fashionable, management innovation tends to generalize, often on management talk about management, management innovation on management innovation, the lack of pertinence. Therefore, the current “management innovation ” of oil enterprises is in urgent need of innovation.
