目的:研究益寿永真合剂(YSYZ)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠睾丸增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响。方法:48只SD大鼠(♂)随机分为4组,每组12只,即空白对照(生理盐水)、衰老模型(1g.kg-1.d-1)及YSYZ高、低剂量(12.5、6.25g.kg-1.d-1)组,连续5周sc给药,比较各组大鼠睾丸PCNA阳性细胞率及血清睾酮含量。结果:与衰老模型组比较,YSYZ高、低剂量组PCNA阳性细胞率显著增高(P<0.01);YSYZ高、低剂量组血清睾酮含量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:YSYZ可延缓衰老大鼠生殖功能的退化,具有一定的延缓衰老作用。
Objective: To study the effect of YSYZ on the expression of PCNA in testicular aging rats induced by D-galactose. Methods: Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats (Strontium) were randomly divided into 4 groups, 12 in each group, namely blank control (normal saline), aging model (1g.kg-1.d-1) and YSYZ high and low dose (12.5). The 6.25g.kg-1.d-1) group was administered sc for 5 consecutive weeks. The rate of PCNA positive cells and the content of testosterone in the testes in each group were compared. RESULTS: Compared with the aging model group, the rate of PCNA positive cells in YSYZ high and low dose groups was significantly higher (P<0.01), and the serum testosterone levels in YSYZ high and low dose groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: YSYZ can delay the degeneration of reproductive function in aging rats and has a certain anti-aging effect.
