目的:对多年来华亭社区健康教育的实践工作作一分析,并提出改进措施,希望能为社区健康教育决策者提供参考。方法:通过文献检索,查阅资料,现场实践等方法对复合型健康教育模式进行探索,并以全科医生团队形式组建健康教育志愿者队伍,成立健康教育讲师团,举办健康教育研修班,以健康讲座、农村广播授课等多形式开展健康教育工作。结果:复合型健康教育实践提升了社区医生的健康教育能力,强化了防治结合的联动机制,该镇老年人健康知识知晓率和行为形成率分别上升10.48%和5.53%,差异均有统计学意义,2015年该镇居民的卫生知识知晓率和健康行为率均在80%以上。结论:复合型健康教育模式因地制宜,对提高农村地区居民的健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率具有重要的作用,也深受农村老年人的好评。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the practice of Huating community health education over the years, and to propose improvement measures, hoping to provide a reference for community health education policy makers. Methods: Through the literature search, access to information, on-site practice and other methods to explore the composite health education model, and form a group of general practitioners of health education volunteer team, the establishment of health education lecturers, health education seminars held to health Lectures, rural radio lectures and other forms of health education. Results: The practice of compound health education improved the health education ability of community doctors and strengthened the linkage mechanism of prevention and treatment. The awareness and behavior formation rate of health knowledge in the elderly increased by 10.48% and 5.53%, respectively, with statistical significance In 2015, the township residents awareness of health knowledge and health behavior rates were above 80%. Conclusion: The model of compound health education has its own function to improve the awareness of health knowledge and the rate of healthy behavior formation in rural areas. It is also well received by the elderly in rural areas.
