伴随着经济全球化、多元化趋势的企业业务及密切协作的部门工作使企业高层领导的工作方式发生了改变。研究发现,高层领导的特质会在很大程度上影响到团队的运作,进而影响团队效能。现有研究高管团队特质对团队效能的影响,主要是从团队的组成、团队的结构、成员的特性和团队领导等方面进行的强调显性的年龄、性别、任职时间等变量的同质性、异质性对团队效能的影响。基于已有研究,提出如下的研究假设:领导团队特质的团队能力、团队动力、团队气质和团队价值对领导团队效能各因素有正向的预测作用。
