加强对农民的思想政治教育,提高农民的思想道德素质,是建设社会主义新农村的应有之义,同时也是一项重要而紧迫的任务。基层领导干部是农村思想政治工作的实施者,其素质的高低对农村思想政治工作有着举足轻重的影响。但由于受多方面因素的影响,基层领导干部在开展思想政治工作中存在着诸多的问题,所以,针对问题寻求对策,提高基层领导干部开展思想政治工作的能力就成为亟需解决的问题。
Strengthening peasants’ ideological and political education and improving their ideological and moral qualities are the proper meanings for building a new socialist countryside and an important and urgent task as well. The leading cadres at the grassroots level are the implementers of the ideological and political work in rural areas. The quality of their workmanship has a decisive influence on the ideological and political work in rural areas. However, due to many factors, the leading cadres at the grassroots level have many problems in carrying out their ideological and political work. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to seek solutions to the problems and improve the ability of grassroot leading cadres to carry out ideological and political work.
