新生儿血内的IgM抗体低下,白细胞的吞噬功能低下,趋向性功能低下等,防御感染的免疫机能还不成熟。加之从胎内的无菌环境到出生后急速地暴露在各种细菌的环境中,开始形成细菌丛等特殊条件,使新生儿消化道的免疫机构和免疫功能与幼儿、学龄期儿童及成人不同。现将有关新生儿消化道免疫的有关资料加以综述。一、兔疫学的防御作用IgA·IgD·IgE 和IgM 抗体都不能透过胎盘,仅能由正常胚胎合成,而且量很少。脐血IgA 的平均含量为3mg%,IgD 为0.03mg%,
