我国的产能过剩问题近年来日益严重,对资源、资本造成大量浪费,使银行及政府债务规模逐渐扩大,影响到整个社会的就业和安稳。因此,找到产能过剩的深层次根源与破解这一难题的方法已成为我国经济发展的当务之急。本文针对我国二十年来经济快速增长过程中出现严重的产能过剩问题及现状,分析问题形成原因,特别提出是地方政府这只看不见的手推动地区产能过剩问题达到高位,并阐明化解这一难题的关键是政府及企业都应尊重经济规律、标本兼治、多管齐下,才能促进我国经济走上健康、持续发展的轨道。
The issue of overcapacity in our country has become increasingly serious in recent years, causing a great waste of resources and capital. As a result, the scale of the debt of banks and governments has gradually expanded, affecting the employment and security of the entire community. Therefore, finding out the deep roots of overcapacity and the way to solve this problem has become a pressing task for our country’s economic development. In view of the serious overcapacity problem and current situation during the rapid economic growth in our country in the past two decades, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem. In particular, it proposes that the invisible hand of the local government will push the overcapacity issue to a high level and clarify the solution to this problem The key is that both the government and enterprises should respect the laws of economy and treat both symptoms and root causes in a multi-pronged approach in order to promote China’s economy onto a healthy and sustainable development track.
