实现校企合作,学生不仅可以参观、认识各种工程机械,甚至还可以在维修企业任务繁重时参与机械的拆卸、零件的清洗等工作,潜移默化地提高其综合职业能力。工程机械行业对相应的人才特别是工程机械营销和维修人员一直都有较大的需求,高技能人才更是面临严重的缺口。而作为此类人才的培养基地,职业学校也大都面临着学生缺乏对所学专业以及未来从事行业的了解,甚至出现厌学等情况。究其原因,笔者认为与学校的课程设置、职业指导、教学模式等均有关系。对此,笔者所在单位对工程机械运用与维修专业课程建设及教学进行了改革与探索,产生了 To achieve the school-enterprise cooperation, students can not only visit and know all kinds of construction machinery, but also participate in the disassembly of machinery and the cleaning of parts when the task of repairing enterprises is heavy.
