目的探讨根据医院门诊采血中心的工作量,动态聘用计时护士的应用效果。方法通过动态聘用该院护士,建立采血计时护士库,利用其休息时间在门诊采血中心工作高峰期提供护理服务。结果计时护士节省了医院的人力成本支出;能保证护理质量,减少病人排长队的现象,提高了患者满意度;护士综合能力得到了提升和发展。结论在门诊采血中心动态聘用计时护士的方法是可行的,并值得在其他护理部门进行推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of hiring chrono nurses according to the workload of hospital outpatient blood collection centers. Methods By dynamically recruiting nurses in the hospital, a nurse-time nurse library was set up to provide nursing services during the peak hours of out-patient blood collection center. Results Time nurses saved the hospital labor costs; to ensure the quality of care, reduce the length of the queue of patients, improve patient satisfaction; nurse comprehensive ability has been improved and developed. Conclusions The dynamic recruitment of time nurses at the clinics is feasible and deserves promotion in other care settings.
