为了使杀菌剂中生物农药能和化学农药混配使用,采用紫外线诱变处理与药物培养基驯化培养相结合的方法,分离筛选出对化学杀菌剂腐霉利(商品名称速克灵)有显著抗性的突变型木霉菌株UT-4。经菌和药的协同作用研究发现,抗药性木霉菌剂UT-4(浓度为108cfu/g)与50%腐霉利WP配比为8∶2条件下,协同抑菌率达84.3%,明显高于木霉菌和腐霉利单用的抑菌率。
