8月中旬,钨矿系统召天了节二季度社会主义竞赛评选和经验交流会议。在这次会议中除了评选出先进厂矿以外,更主要的是在「互相帮助、互相学习、取长补短、共同提高」的精神下,进行了先进经验的交流,特别是交流了中南钨矿系统职工们自己创造出来的经验。会上,共交流了包括采、选、机械动力等方面较大的经验38件,其中可以立即贯彻的有29件。从交流的经验内容来看,一部分是继续贯彻苏联专家建议的先进经验,如节七钨矿介绍的「控制0.8公尺采幅经验」;绝大部分是介绍中南钨矿系统由职工们自己创造出来的经验。如节一钨矿介绍的「回采民窿的经验」、「爆破经验」、
