本文着重介绍了我厂为解决货车上心盘裂纹问题而设计的直径为300mm、高度为80mm,法兰板为等强度的货车上心盘新方案,并通过四种货车上心盘静强度试验结果的比较,说明该新方案比货通上心盘(HT104·114·01)在相同工况下可降低圆弧根部应力50%左右,并与直径350mm、高度80mm加大直径的上心盘应力接近。新方案的最大优点是保持与货通上心盘的互换性。本文还对如何进一步解决货车上心盘裂纹问题提出几点看法。
