我所于1973年开始,进行活塞环的试验、研究工作。几年来,在活塞环的热加工、冷加工、表面喷涂、电镀,以及测试等方面取得了一些进展,并初步形成了活塞环全工序研究和生产的能力。考虑到单体铸造的活塞环可以获得致密、均匀的金相组织和强度较好的基体;靠模加工可以直接从铸态下获得弹力、其热稳定性较好,对于国产16V240Z型(大连工厂)、12V240Z型(二七工厂)和进口A.G.O.240V16SHR型(法国)柴油机用缸径为240毫米的活塞环,选用了单体铸造、靠模加工的生产工艺。用该工艺生产的240活塞环,已在1979年通过部级鉴定。本文重点介绍加工240活塞环用的靠模
