为了适应稀井高产、强化开采的方针,我国首次试制成功了两台大吨位、长冲程的CYZ12—5—70B 型抽油机。一九七七年十一月由石油化工部组织有关单位在南阳第二石油机械厂进行了验收。这台设备是由江汉石油管理局钻采设备研究所设计,并由南阳二机厂试制的,它与大港油田设计制造的直径110毫米、冲程6米的深井抽油泵配套,在冲程5米,冲次6次/分时,理论抽油量为411方/日;冲程5米,冲次9次/分时,理论抽油量可达620方/日。
In order to meet the high production of dilute wells and strengthen mining policy, China successfully trialled two large tonnage and long stroke CYZ12-5-70B pumping units for the first time. November 1977 organized by the Ministry of Petrochemical related units in Nanyang Second Petroleum Machinery Factory was accepted. This equipment was designed by Jianghan Petroleum Administration Drilling Equipment Institute and trial-produced by Nanyang No.2 Machine Factory. It is matched with deep well pump with 110mm diameter and 6m stroke designed and manufactured by Dagang Oilfield. Stroke 6 times / min, the theoretical pumping capacity of 411 square / day; stroke of 5 meters, Chong times 9 times / min, the theoretical pumping capacity of up to 620 square / day.
