将热风炉燃烧过程处于最佳燃烧区间时所对应废气中的氧含量作为控制目标,并以容许废气最高温度和升温速度作为限定条件,建立了热风炉燃烧模糊控制系统。改进后的自组织模糊控制器具有快速、准确和超调量小的特点。在改变控制参数时,该控制系统仍可保持较好的控制效果,可满足现有热风炉实现燃烧自动控制的要求。
The control of the oxygen content in the exhaust gas when the combustion process of the hot stove is in the best combustion interval is taken as the control target. Based on the maximum allowable exhaust gas temperature and the heating rate, a fuzzy combustion control system of the hot stove is established. The improved self-organizing fuzzy controller has the characteristics of fast, accurate and small overshoot. When the control parameters are changed, the control system can still maintain a good control effect, which can meet the requirements of the existing hot blast stove for automatic combustion control.
