黄土地区探井的开挖工艺成熟,开挖方法有人工开挖和机械洛阳铲开挖。但受开挖工艺等因素限制,探井的深度一般在15~20 m左右,因此这两种方法均无法开挖超深探井。以延安某大型黄土高填方工程为例,提出了一种超深探井(探井深度达45 m)的开挖方法,形成了超深探井施工的成套技术。该方法采用旋挖钻机开挖探井,并研制了相应的井下多功能工作保护舱,解决了黄土高填方场地超深探井开挖及井下工作面临的诸多难题,并取得了良好的效果。该技术的提出及应用在国内外同类研究中属首次进行,可为类似工程研究提供思路和借鉴。
The loess area exploratory wells excavation process is mature, excavation methods are manual excavation and mechanical Luoyang shovel excavation. However, due to the restriction of excavation technology and other factors, the depth of exploration wells is generally about 15-20 m, so neither of these two methods can excavate ultra-deep exploration wells. Taking a large-scale loess high-fill project in Yanan as an example, an excavation method for ultra-deep exploration wells with a depth of 45 m was proposed and a complete set of technologies for ultra-deep exploration wells was formed. In the method, a rotary drilling rig is used to excavate exploration wells and a corresponding multi-functional work protection cabin is developed. Many problems encountered in excavation and downhole work of ultra-deep exploration wells in loess high-fill fields are solved, and good results are achieved. This technique is put forward and applied for the first time in the same kind of research at home and abroad, which can provide ideas and reference for similar engineering research.
