T·尤里甫的另一个侄子,W·尤里甫在俄罗斯大学时学的是建筑工程,在T·尤里甫来青岛后认为青岛适于欧洲人居住,而青岛又正处于一个城市建设发展时期,认为W·尤里甫来青岛发展可以发挥作用,遂召他来到了青岛。W·尤里甫来青岛后,向青岛市政府申报材料,成为了注册建筑设计师,他亲自设计的建筑受到业主的认可,业务应接不暇,于是他成立了尤里甫事务所,以建筑设计为主,也从事营造建筑。
