低气味、低VOC汽车车身空腔阻断材料的研究

以乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物(EAAE)、发泡剂、交联剂等为原料制备了一种低气味、低VOC汽车车身空腔阻断材料,研究了这种材料的气味等级、VOC挥发量,并与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)制得的空腔阻断材料进行对比.结果表明,与EVA空腔阻断材料相比,EAAE空腔阻断材料具有低气味、低VOC挥发量,同时材料的体积膨胀率达到1500%以上,满足汽车车身空腔填充材料的性能要求.
