介绍了电镀连接的特点。根据国内外研究现状,主要综述了铀、铍等特种材料的电镀连接工艺、连接强度以及对镀层与母材结合状况的考核(采用冷热循环试验和腐蚀试验等)及其结果。对改善镀接性能的某些途径作了说明。并列举了铍/钢电镀连接的应用实例。
Described the characteristics of electroplating connection. According to the research status at home and abroad, this article mainly summarized the electroplating connection process, connection strength and the combination of coating and base metal (using hot and cold cycle test and corrosion test) and the results of the special materials such as uranium and beryllium. Some ways to improve plating performance are described. And lists the beryllium / steel plating connection examples.
