随着经济改革的深入发展,工业企业内部的统计工作应如何进行才能适应企业管理和各级领导层的决策需要,到目前止,还未有统一的标准管理模式。由于企业统计涉及的指标甚多,有生产技术方面的,也有经济方面的,作为国有企业,特别是大中型企业,没有一套完整的管理系统和管理方法是不行的。为了在强化企业管理的同时强化统计管理,在企业统计中引入“方位管理”方法,使企业的统计工作逐步走向规范化和准确化,对生产经营决策和经济活动分析起着积极的指导作用。
