近日,泰州市总工会设计并推动政府出台“企业休劳模地方养老补贴”政策,在全国率先解决了企业休劳模提高休费比例待遇未能落实的问题。从2012年下半年起,泰州市总工会就组织力量进行调查研究,摸清全市企业休劳模数量、收入水平、生活状况等。调查显示,泰州市企业休劳模513人,平均休费每月在1700元左右。有些劳模所在的企业已经破产、改制,还有相当部分企业经营困难,由企业出钱为休劳模办理补充养老保险很难落实到位。根据调查情况,泰州市总工会党组书记、副主席申泰州作为市人大常委,积极发动市人大代表联名提出建议,提请政府及有关部门重视并解决问题,还向市政府领导反映这个问题。泰州市总工会相关领导和部室人员多次与政
