采用数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法分析了回采巷道矿压显现异常的原因,得出了围岩失稳的机理和关键影响因素。结果表明:断层对上部解放层开采卸压有一定的弱化作用,煤柱高静压力集中、顶板失稳诱发的动载荷、构造应力与采动应力的叠加以及支护时机对巷道矿压显现异常起主要作用。基于非对称耦合支护原理和“强弱强”结构形成机理,结合实际情况,提出了“薄弱部位补强支护+钻孔卸压”的围岩控制技术。矿压观测结果表明:巷道围岩整体移近量较原支护条件下大幅减小,动压现象明显减弱,围岩稳定性得到有效控制。
The reason of abnormal occurrence of underground pressure in mining roadway was analyzed by combining numerical simulation and field measurement. The mechanism and critical influencing factors of surrounding rock instability were obtained. The results show that the fault has a certain weakening effect on the pressure relief in the upper part of the liberated layer. The high static pressure of coal pillar, the dynamic load induced by roof instability, the superposition of tectonic stress and mining stress, is a main factor. Based on the principle of asymmetric coupling support and the formation mechanism of strong and weak strong structure, combined with the actual situation, put forward the surrounding rock control technology of “weak part reinforcement support + borehole pressure relief ”. The results of the rock pressure observation show that the overall displacement of the surrounding rock in the roadway decreases greatly compared with that of the original support, the dynamic pressure is obviously weakened, and the stability of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
