针对某型号汽车滑动叉锻件的形状特点,对其进行了闭式模锻工艺分析,金属的主要成形方式为正挤压、镦粗复合成形;根据金属流动规律,在合理的位置设计了余料腔。建立了滑动叉三维数值模型,进行了数值模拟,验证了工艺分析的合理性。根据模拟结果设计了平锻模具,并进行了工艺实验,得到了优质锻件。实验结果表明,相对于开式模锻成形,用平锻一次挤压成形,工步少、材料消耗低,经济效益好。
Aiming at the shape characteristics of a forging of a certain type of automobile sliding fork, the closed die forging process was analyzed. The main forming method of the metal was positive extrusion and upsetting composite forming. According to the metal flow law, Cavity. The three-dimensional model of the sliding fork was established and the numerical simulation was carried out to verify the rationality of the process analysis. According to the simulation results, a forging die was designed and a process experiment was carried out to obtain high quality forgings.
