本研究采用氮平衡和营养调查方法对热区部队混合膳食、从事中等强度劳动战士蛋白质需要量进行了探讨。氮平衡试验结果显示,当蛋白质摄入量为1.26g·kg(-1)·d(- 1)时,可维持受试者零,点氮平衡,若加上维持氮平衡的平均摄入量的2个标准差作为安全系数,则蛋白质需要量为1.48g·kg(-1)·d(-1)。营养调查结果显示,膳食蛋白质水平低子80.59(1.46g·kg(-1)·d(-1))时,血红蛋白、血清总蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白以及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)在正常范围的下限或低于正常水平;当膳食蛋白质水平在80.5~89.3g(1.46~1.62g·kg(-1)·d(-1))时,血液蛋白质和免疫球蛋白水平显著升高,维持在正常范围的较高水平,提示胳食适宜的蛋白质摄入量应为80.5~89.3g,平均84.99(1.54g·kg(-1)·d(-1)),略高于氮平衡试验的结果。由此,建议热区部队适宜的蛋白质需要量定为1.59·kg(-1)·d(-1)。
In this study, the nitrogen balance and nutrition survey methods were used to investigate the protein requirements of middle-intensity labor fighters mixed with hot-temperate army units. Nitrogen balance test results showed that when the protein intake of 1.26g · kg (-1) · d (-1), subjects can maintain zero and point nitrogen balance, if combined with maintaining average nitrogen balance intake The standard deviation of 2 as the safety factor, the protein requirement of 1.48g · kg (-1) · d (-1). Nutritional survey results showed that hemoglobin, serum total protein, albumin and prealbumin, and immunoglobulin (IgA) were significantly decreased at dietary protein level 80.59 (1.46 g · kg -1 · d -1) , IgG, IgM) in the lower limit of the normal range or below the normal level; when the dietary protein level in the 80.5 ~ 89.3g (1.46 ~ 1.62g · kg (-1) · d (-1)) , Blood protein and immunoglobulin levels increased significantly to maintain a high level in the normal range, suggesting that the appropriate protein intake of the armophane should be 80.5 ~ 89.3g, an average of 84.99 (1.54g · kg (-1) · d (-1)) slightly higher than that of the nitrogen balance test. Therefore, it is suggested that the appropriate protein requirement for hot-zone units be set at 1.59 · kg (-1) · d (-1).
