目的:建立流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸多西环素片剂中盐酸多西环素的含量。方法:按图组装流路,各种参数设置如下:反应管长60cm;采样环体积50μL;采样时间15s,进样时间15s;蠕动泵转速30r.min-1。启动蠕动泵,一定浓度的多西环素标准溶液或样品溶液被泵入采样环后,在载流携带下流经流通池时检测峰高(发光强度)。结果:在最佳实验条件下,本法测定多西环素的线性范围为1.6×10-6~3.5×10-5mol·L-1,检出限为1.4×10-8mol·L-1,对2.62×10-5mol·L-1多西环素标准液进行11次平行测定,RSD为2.0%。结论:该法简便可靠,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,成功用于该片剂的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of doxycycline hyclate hydrochloride in doxycycline hyclate tablets. Method: According to the diagram assembled flow path, various parameters are set as follows: the reaction tube length 60cm; sampling loop volume 50μL; sampling time 15s, injection time 15s; peristaltic pump speed 30r.min-1. Start peristaltic pump, a certain concentration of doxycycline standard solution or sample solution is pumped into the sampling loop, the current carrying carrier flow through the cell peak height (luminous intensity). Results: Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of doxycycline was 1.6 × 10-6 ~ 3.5 × 10-5mol·L-1 with the detection limit of 1.4 × 10-8mol·L-1, The parallel determination of doxycycline 2.62 × 10-5mol·L-1 standard 11 times, RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, high sensitivity, wide linear range, the successful use of the tablet determination.
