为了使我院广大专业技术人员了解国内外医学技术的发展情况,掌握本专业、本学科以及相关学科的新理论、新技术、新方法,进一步提高专业技术人员实际工作的能力和科研素质,促进教学、医疗、科研工作的迅速发展,医学院师资培训科从去年6月1日开始,举办首期“医学文献检索与科研方法学”学习班,到今年6月2日止,巳陆续举办了四期。第一、二期是脱产、半脱产相结合,第三、四期是利用业余时间,方便教师、医生的工作安排,时间从一个月到两个月不等,学时基本上为50个。
