The tenth plenary session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was a historic meeting of great significance in our national socialist revolution and socialist construction. The Eighth Plenary Session of the Eighth National Congress profoundly analyzed the current international and domestic situations; it summed up the experience of fighting class enemies at home and abroad and the experience of socialist construction. The 10th Plenary Session of the 8th CPC Central Committee proposed ”implementing the implementation of the agricultural-based and industrial-oriented approach proposed by Comrade Mao Zedong.
