目的建立测定食品添加剂盐酸中砷的氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法。方法样品直接取样加酸定容后,用AFS-920双道原子荧光光度计进行测定。结果在本法条件下绘制标准曲线0.00μg/L~20.00μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.06%,检出限0.042μg/L,样品回收率为97.90%~101.20%,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定结果与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银分光光度法测定结果差异无统计学意义。结论氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定食品添加剂盐酸中砷是一种准确、快速、简便的方法,适用于广泛推广。
Objective To establish a hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of arsenic in food additives hydrochloric acid. Methods The samples were directly sampled and acid-fixed, and analyzed by AFS-920 dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. Results The linearity range of the standard curve was 0.00μg / L ~ 20.00μg / L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.06%, the detection limit was 0.042μg / L and the recovery rate was 97.90% 101.20%. There was no significant difference between the results of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and silver diethyldithiocarbamate spectrophotometry. Conclusion The method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of arsenic in food additive hydrochloride is an accurate, rapid and simple method which is suitable for wide application.
