我厂曾大批量生产尺寸为400×2500×205毫米的大平台铸铁件,原拉筋结构如图。铸件几乎都在锻把附近产生严重裂纹。分析原因,认为是拉筋结构不合理,造成热节;筋比外壁薄,先凝固,妨碍铸件收缩。后将拉筋改成图所示结构,即由五个正六边形组成。这种结构消除了效节,筋对铸件的收缩阻力减小。改进后,铸件再不出现裂纹了。
Our factory has mass-produced size of 400 × 2500 × 205 mm large platform cast iron pieces, the original tensile structure shown in Figure. Almost all of the castings have severe cracks near the forging. Analysis of the reasons that is lacing structure unreasonable, resulting in hot section; tendons thinner than the outer wall, the first solidification, impede the casting shrinkage. This structure eliminates the effect of the reinforcement of the contraction of the resistance of the casting decreases. After the improvement, the casting will not crack again.
