采用不同冷却介质对20Cr Ni2Mo钢进行了淬火处理,研究了不同淬火冷却速率对20Cr Ni2Mo钢组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着淬火冷却速率的增大,20Cr Ni2Mo钢的晶粒度几乎不变,板条马氏体束细化;强度提高,伸长率和断面收缩率基本不变;并且随着冷却速率增大,冲击吸收能量增高,断口由脆性断口转变为韧性断口。
Different cooling media were used to quench 20Cr Ni2Mo steel. The effects of different quenching and cooling rates on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20Cr Ni2Mo steel were studied. The results show that the grain size of 20Cr Ni2Mo steel almost does not change with the increase of quenching cooling rate, and the lath martensitic beam is refined; the strength increases, the elongation and the reduction of area are basically unchanged; and with the cooling Increasing the rate of impact energy absorption increases, the fracture from the brittle fracture into a ductile fracture.
