目的 测定血清β hCG与异位妊娠保守治疗的关系。 方法 对 2 0例异位妊娠采用氨甲喋呤 (MTX)肌肉注射 5dl疗程 ,用量 0 4mg/kg·d-1,治疗前测定血清 β hCG ,治疗后监测血清 β hCG下降情况及临床反应。 结果 2 0例中 17例治疗成功 ,1疗程者治疗前血清 β hCG均 <2 0 0 0mIU/L ,2疗程者治疗前血清β hCG均 >2 0 0 0mIU/L ,3例血清 β hCG均 <5 0 0 0mIU/L ,在治疗中因出现盆腔内活动性出血手术治疗。结论 当异位妊娠的血清 β hCG <5 0 0 0mIU/L无活动出血 ,盆腔包块直径<6cm时 ,MTX治疗是安全有效的。
Objective To determine the relationship between serum β hCG and conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Methotrexate (MTX) was intramuscularly injected for 5 days in 20 cases of ectopic pregnancy. The dosage was 0 4 mg / kg · d-1. Serum β hCG was measured before treatment. The decline of serum β hCG and the clinical response were monitored after treatment. Results Twenty-seven of the 20 patients were successfully treated. The serum hCG levels before treatment were all less than 2000mIU / L in one course of treatment, while those in the two courses of treatment were all> 2.000IU / L before treatment, and all three serum hCG <5000mIU / L, in the treatment of pelvic active bleeding due to surgical treatment. Conclusion When ectopic pregnancy serum β hCG <5000mIU / L no active bleeding, pelvic mass diameter <6cm, MTX treatment is safe and effective.
