为探索革螨 ,恙螨与HFRS的传病关系 ,我所对革螨、恙螨与HFRS的关系进行了一系列调查研究。结果证明 ,革螨、恙螨是黑线姬鼠 (HFRS的主要宿主 )鼠窝中的优势螨种 ,其季节消长与发病相关 ,可通过鼠和人正常皮肤叮刺吸血 ,有HFRSV的自然感染 ,能通过叮刺在鼠间传播和在螨体内经卵传递HFRSV。且从鼠、螨和人所分离HFRSV的抗原性一致。表明这两种螨可作为野鼠型HFRS鼠间的传播媒介 ,并可能兼有储存宿主的作用
In order to explore the transmission relationship between leather mites, chigger mites and HFRS, we conducted a series of investigations on the relationship between leather mites, chiggers and HFRS. And the antigenicity of HFRSV isolated from mice, mites and humans is consistent. These two mites were shown to be vectors for transmission between wild-type HFRS mice and may serve as storage hosts
