定量评估中风偏瘫患者的状态现今仍然很困难,该研究提出了一种创新的方法来研究偏瘫步态中的肌肉活动。该研究开发了一种可穿戴式数据采集平台来实现超声影像,肌电图和关节角度的同步采集。使用该平台对12例偏瘫患者进行测试,研究分析了他们在跑步机上行走过程中内侧腓肠肌活动的特点。实验结果发现,患侧相比于健侧,内侧腓肠肌的羽状角和肌电信号的动态范围更加分散。这些结果表明上述可穿戴式多模态信号采集平台可以提供有关内侧腓肠肌动力学的更加全面的信息,为偏瘫患者的状态评估提供了一种有潜力的工具。
Quantitative assessment of stroke hemiplegia in patients with the status quo is still difficult now, the study proposed an innovative method to study muscle activity in hemiparetic gait. The study developed a wearable data acquisition platform for simultaneous acquisition of ultrasound images, electromyography, and joint angles. The platform was used to test 12 patients with hemiplegia and to study the characteristics of medial gastrocnemius muscle during walking on a treadmill. The experimental results showed that the ipsilateral and medial gastrocnemius pinnate angle and EMG dynamic range more dispersed. These results indicate that the wearable multimodal signal acquisition platform described above can provide more comprehensive information about medial gastrocnemius dynamics and provide a potential tool for assessing the status of hemiplegic patients.
